Field Course

Requirements for a Field Course to Be Considered as a Technical Elective Course

Students may complete an educational program and achieve their certificate as a supporting field course, provided the following conditions are met:

• Regulation defining this course is defined here.
• One of the technical elective courses not offered in our department can be taken as a supporting field course.
• You must obtain a certificate of completion for the course before enrolling in CENG491.
• The course must include a minimum of 30 contact hours.
• The course must include at least one exam and/or project.
• The results of the exam(s) and/or project(s) must be shared with the course instructors when the relevant assignments are announced.

Please ensure that these requirements are met for your course to be accepted as a technical elective.
