Students who wish to complete their mandatory internship during the inter-semester period of the 2025–2026 Academic Year are required to submit their internship applications through the Internship Management System, which has been activated for use as of January 7, 2026, and can be accessed via
https://stajbasvuru.iyte.edu.tr/login.
Since the system is newly implemented, an Internship Management System Student User Guide has been prepared in order to ensure that students can carry out the application process correctly and completely, covering all necessary steps from system login to the completion of the application process. The guide can be accessed via the relevant link under the “Forms” menu on our Faculty’s website and is also provided to you as an attachment.
