Halis Püskülcü
Professor

Prof. Dr. Halis Püskülcü received his B. Sc. degree in Agricultural Engineering from Ege University (1970) and he obtained his M. Sc degree in Agronomy Department from University of Wisconsin (1974). He conducted his Ph. D. studies in Plant Breeding-Plant Genetics and Statistics Department of University of Wisconsin and graduated in 1976.
